The REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky, Inc. would like to welcome you to our area. We wish you and your company great success! Our Association would like to assist you with making this new adventure by making your travels on the road to success as easy a transition as possible.
There are 15 GREAT reasons to belong to the REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky, Inc. They are as follows:
1. Your name and company listed in the bi-weekly MLS book.
2. Your name and company listed on our association website and Affiliate Member Directory distributed to REALTOR®’S customers and clients. Copies available for each company to distribute to customers.
3. Free delivery of your marketing materials, letters, etc. to REALTOR® members.
4. Free mailing labels of REALTOR® members.
5. Opportunity to sponsor monthly membership meetings or educational sessions.
6. Opportunity to attend monthly membership meetings and network with REALTOR® and Affiliate members.
7. Preferred vendor for any goods or services purchased for the association office.

Dues are tax deductible as an ordinary business expense—they are not a charitable contribution.
